A trained technician will try to solve your problem by phone.

The warranty centre will explain your warranty options. If Advanced Exchange is chosen you will be asked for the following information: name address and telephone number.

Ship the defective printer using the same packaging to Lexmark's repair centre. Shipping instructions and a waybill will be included.

Note: Lexmark pays for all shipping costs.
