Onsite Repair Extended Warranty also allows you to call our technical support centre free of charge. Coverage is available in periods of 1 through 3 additional years. You may add extended service at any time during the Base Warranty. When you purchase a Lexmark Onsite Repair Extended Warranty the Base Warranty period is automatically upgraded to Onsite Service. Onsite Repair is usually available within 60 km of major centres.

• Call Lexmark's Technical Support Centre from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST Monday through Friday
• A trained technician will try to solve your problem by phone
• If the problem cannot be solved over the phone we will make arrangements to have a service technician dispatched to repair your printer
• Repairs will normally be made the next business day if you call us before 5:00 pm EST
